CTW Home Collection
You can order with full confidence from CTW Home Collection. We have been serving customers through our parent company, Colonial Tin Works, Inc, for more than 30 years and we pledge to continue our tradition of quality and customer service.
When ordering from CTW Home Collection, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Minimum order is $100 per ship date.
Backorders over $75 will automatically be shipped when available unless customer requests “no backorders”.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. No C.O.D or proforma orders. We will not charge your credit card until the time of shipping.
We also offer Net-30 terms to approved customers.
A late charge of 1½% per month (18% APR) will be added to all past due invoices. International orders are handled on a credit card basis only. Payment may be made using Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express.
$35.00 will be added to your account for each occurrence of a returned or stop payment check.
Orders ship F.O.B. Greensboro, NC. Cost of shipping will be added to your invoice. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by weight, size, and destination of the package.
We ship UPS Ground or by USPS, whichever is least expensive, or by customer’s request.
Customers using their own shipping accounts are subject to a packing fee of $2.50 / box.

No returns are accepted without prior authorization from CTW Home Collection.
All returned merchandise must be in original packaging and free of price stickers.
If an order is cancelled after it has been picked and packed, it is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If a shipment is refused, the customer is responsible for shipping charges to the customer and charges to return the shipment to CTW Home Collection. A 20% restocking fee will also apply.
All credits will be applied to your next order.
No credit will be given on shipping and handling.
When your order is ready to be processed, we will pre-authorize your credit card. The amount we pre-authorize is based upon merchandise and estimated shipping fees.
If for some reason your credit card is not approved for the amount of the pre-authorization, your order will be delayed until we are able to contact you.
Once the credit card is approved, your order will be picked, packed and shipped. Your tracking number will be emailed at this point, as long as you have provided us with a current email address.
Next, we prepare your invoice and charge your credit card the actual amount for merchandise and shipping fees. Invoices are emailed the same day, or mailed if we do not have your email address on file.
Please allow 3-5 business days for in-stock orders to be processed. During peak times, this timeframe may be extended.
All of our prices are wholesale, in U.S. dollars. Prices are effective May 1, 2017. These prices supersede all previous prices and are subject to change without notice.
We must have a copy of your retail sales tax certificate on file.
We must have a good email address if your order was placed online.
We must have a good telephone number.
