How Do I Log In on the new site?  

From the login page, click the “forgot your password link.  The site will give you a password hint.  If you are not able to retrieve a password hint, there may have been a problem importing your old registration.  You can re-register, or contact us.

Registration and Logging In:

You must register and be approved to shop before you can log in.  Approval takes about a day, and is not automatic.  We look at all new registrants to confirm that they represent a legitimate business.  You can register here.  You will need your State Tax Id or State Reseller’s Certificate.

You can log in by clicking on any product category,  or log in here.  If you have forgotten your password, go to the log in page and click the “Did you forget your password?” link.  A password reminder will be sent to you.

If you think that you are registered, but cannot log in and cannot access your email, contact us with your shop information and a new email address and password – we will reset your account for you.

Shopping Online:

To add a product to your cart from the list page, be sure to click “add to cart.”  Clicking it again will add additional items.  There is a short pause after you click while the item is loaded into the cart.  Please wait for the item to finish loading before adding more items.

For your convenience, your cart contents are displayed on the right side of the page while you are shopping.  If you leave the shop, they will be automatically saved, and you can return at any time to place the order or edit your items.

You can easily modify the quantity of a product.  You can change the quantity before you click “add to cart,” or change it from your shopping cart by clicking the pencil icon.

Click on the picture or name of any product to see additional details and larger pictures.

We have discontinued our “save cart” feature.  Because we have changed systems, we no longer have access to past saved carts.  Using our new system, your cart is automatically saved for up to a month.

Sorry, we do not accept PayPal.  Personal checks are only accepted with prior approval.

Managing your orders and your account

To change your email address, password, billing address and other account details, click the “My Account/Reorder” link at the top of the cart.  Please do not change your CTW customer number.  We use this number to identify you in our system.

Your web order number is not your CTW order number.  We retrieve your online order and process it offline, so your order will be assigned another number after we retrieve it. We do not automatically email this number to you, but you can call and request it if you would like.

When your order ships, you can type your customer number into our track shipments page to retrieve a list of all your recent packages.  You can also track your individual order with your CTW Order Number.  Your web order number will not track your package.

Click on a web order number from the “My Account/Reorder” page to view the items in the order.  Click on the “Reorder” button at the bottom of the page to add those items to your cart again.  You can modify your order before you place it again.
